Can the learning journey be continued after the Schranner Concept® seminar?
If you have previously attended the Qualified Negotiator® or Advanced Negotiator® program, you do not need to complete the Schranner Concept® seminar. You can continue with our new additional modules: Schranner Concept Modules - Schranner Negotaition Institute. If you have completed the entire certification process in one of our past programs, you could continue deepening your skills on our annual flagship event N-Conference®. What is the difference between The Schranner Concept® and Professional Negotiator®?
The Schranner Concept® is an instructor-led 2-day highly interactive onsite workshop designed to learn and practice the most important tactics and strategies for a difficult negotiation. Participants work and interact in small groups with other professionals with various expertise, which enhances the learning experience.The seminar is primarily intended for managers who are regularly involved in high stakes negotiations, as well as decision makers. The Professional Negotiator® is an online self-study course, which covers the theoretical part of the Schranner Concept®. As participants complete this course individually, in their own time, practical examples and live interactions are not possible.
We accept credit card payment, or payment via invoice. When registering on the website please ensure to fill out correct invoice information, to avoid any payment delays related to incorrect invoice information.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation free of charge can be made up to 4 weeks prior to the seminar. Cancellation made after this deadline will be charged in full. Severe and serious cases are considered individually and must be communicated in written, accompanied by valid documentation. Alternatively, you can provide in lieu a participant who meets the requirements and conditions to take your place.
Additionally, Schranner AG reserves the right, in exceptional cases, to cancel a training up to 4 weeks ahead of the scheduled date.
Are meals and accommodation included in the price?
Schranner AG does not provide hotel accommodation for the participants. The participant is responsible for booking their own accommodation. Meals during the seminar are included in the price.
What is the dress code for an open seminar?
We recommend smart casual attire.
Does Matthias Schranner personally lead the seminars?
Matthias Schranner stepped back from conducting open seminars in 2024. Our open seminars are led by our faculty of experts. On each of the seminar dates you can see who will be leading that seminar.
Can I record the seminar and share with my colleagues?
Video or voice recordings are strictly prohibited due to the intellectual property rights of Schranner AG and the GDPR.
