Registrations may be made in writing (by post, fax, E-Mail or Website). Upon receipt of your registration, a place will be reserved, if available. Seminars consisting of several parts can only be booked and attended as one whole seminar. Our office will contact you immediately upon registration. If the seminar is already fully booked at the time we receive your registration you will not be able to attend. In this case, we will contact you immediately.
We would like to point out that individuals in the EU are not exempt from sales tax.
The participation fee includes tuition, the cost for course documentation and other instructional material, as well as weekday lunches. Expenses for overnight accommodation are not included. Seminars that are conducted in several parts can only be booked as one whole seminar. We do not offer make-ups for missed days of multi-day training. We expressly reserve the right to change the participation fees.
Please note that the fee should be paid within 14 days of the invoice date (net without cash discount or discount). For late registrations (within 2 weeks before the program or seminar starts), the invoice must be settled immediately, without exception. Payment must be received in full before the start of the event.
The invoices will be sent electronically.
The Schranner AG reserves the right to cancel a previously offered event. In this case all registered participants will receive a refund of the participation fees they already paid. The Schranner AG expressly disclaims any liability for personal injury and property damage during the actual event.
The Schranner AG does not provide insurance coverage and cannot be held liable for damages resulting from force majeure, including accidents, illness, death, etc.
Cancellation and date changes may be made free of charge up to four weeks prior to the event.
The participation cancellation need to be done in written form. For cancellations within four weeks, we charge 100% of the original seminar price. However, name changes are allowed and you may send a different participant, provided that the replacement meets the participation requirements.
Our seminars are held in predominantly five-star hotels. The Schranner AG does not provide hotel accommodation for the participants. The participant is responsible for booking their own accommodation.
These Terms and Conditions of the Schranner AG are governed by Swiss law. Legal venue is Zurich.
We reserve the right to cancel any event up to 4 weeks prior to the planned start date. In this case you have the option to take your booked training at another available date.
We shall not be liable for the performance of events canceled for reasons beyond our control, such as illness of the speaker, force majeure or any other unforeseeable circumstances. We are not responsible for reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs and lost work days. We assume no liability for indirect damages, including, but not limited to lost profit or third-party claims.
With your participation in our programs you agree that the Schranner AG may use the image and film materials produced during the event for advertising purposes without any compensation to you.

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the digital platform ("Platform"), including the website, web application, learning platform, AI-supported negotiation simulations, courses, lessons, dashboards, and related digital services made available by Schranner AG, Limmatstrasse 260, 8005 Zurich, Switzerland ("Schranner AG", "we", "our", or "us").
If you separately purchase or attend physical events, seminars, or other offline services from Schranner AG, additional event-specific terms may apply to those services.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and warrant that you are the age of majority in the relevant jurisdiction (e.g., eighteen years old). If you use the Platform on behalf of a company, employer, or other organization, you represent that you have the full right, power, and authority to enter into and comply with the Terms on their behalf and any company or legal entity for which you may access or use the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Access to and the use of the Platform is separated into different service tiers (each a "Tier"), each with different sets of features. A complete overview of the Tiers and related features, as well as pricing and subscription term details, can be found on Schranner AG's website.
The Platform may include, among other things:
We may add, remove, modify, or update features from time to time. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or that all features will be identical across all plans, customers, or environments.
You may need to register an account to access and use all or part of the Platform. You may need to register one or more user account(s) (each a "User") to enable your employees and/or authorised representatives to access and use all or part of the Platform. References to you include all your Users. Where relevant, you shall designate one or multiple User(s) as administrator(s) ("Admin Account"), who have the ability to configure the Platform settings and assign or modify permissions and access rights of other Users according to your business requirements.
You shall provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up-to-date. Where applicable, Admin Accounts controlled by you are responsible for their related User accounts. Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not authorised and will be terminated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and shall not disclose your credentials to any third party.
You are responsible and liable for activities conducted through your account, any of your User's accounts, and/or any account controlled by your Admin Account, and shall immediately notify us if there is any suspicion that your credentials have been lost, stolen, or your account is otherwise compromised.
Some features on the Platform are powered by automated systems, including speech, speech-to-text transcription, and generative AI, to support live simulations, evaluations, summaries, scoring, and other outputs. The Output Data generated on and through the Platform are intended to support training, learning, and coaching. These results are not intended to be the sole basis for legal, employment, disciplinary, or similarly significant decisions without appropriate human review.

We may use third-party providers to operate these AI-supported features.
You agree not to:
We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including suspension or termination of access.
The Platform may collect and process all data submitted to or generated through your use of the Platform, including (i) all content and materials provided by you to the Platform, including without limitation text, prompts, queries, simulation inputs, uploaded files, transcript content, and feedback ("Input Data"), and (ii) all content and results generated by the Platform in response to your use thereof, including without limitation generated text, analyses, summaries, and simulation results ("Output Data", and together with Input Data, "User Data").
Between you and Schranner AG, you retain your rights to the Input Data, to the extent you own such rights. Schranner AG shall assign, and hereby assigns, all intellectual property rights to the Output Data to you. However, you shall grant, and hereby grant, Schranner AG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to the User Data for the duration necessary to generate Output Data and the provision of the Platform and related services.
You shall grant, and hereby grant, Schranner AG the unlimited, irrevocable, and perpetual right to access, use, and process the User Data for research and development, analysis, and improvement of the Platform in anonymized and aggregated form.
You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and that your content does not violate applicable law, the rights of third parties, or confidentiality obligations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all intellectual property relating to the Platform, including its software, interfaces, branding, course structure, templates, prompts, design elements, and related materials, is owned by Schranner AG or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and any applicable commercial agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, sublicense, sell, or exploit the Platform or its materials.
The fees, applicable prices, billing terms, and payment conditions for each respective Platform access Tier are as stated on Schranner AG's website.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, paid fees are non-refundable once the relevant digital service has been provided or made available.
Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy (available here), which explains how personal data is processed in connection with the Platform, including simulations, transcripts, evaluations, account management, and service providers.
Where you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, that organization may also have separate privacy or internal-use rules that apply to your use.
We aim to keep the Platform available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may temporarily suspend access or specific features for reasons including:
We may modify the Platform where reasonably necessary to improve security, comply with law, adapt to technical developments, or improve the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, if:
Where appropriate, we may first provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
These Terms remain in full force and effect for the duration of the agreed period, as displayed on Schranner AG's website for each respective Tier. Upon termination or expiration of your access, your right to use the Platform ends immediately.
Provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including provisions on intellectual property, liability, indemnity, payment obligations already incurred, governing law and venue, and changes to these Terms.
Schranner AG's liability under these Terms is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This includes, without limitation:
Schranner AG is not liable for outages or failures caused by third-party infrastructure, force majeure, internet failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
If you use the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, or if you use the Platform for commercial purposes, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Schranner AG from third-party claims, losses, and costs arising out of:
These Terms are governed by substantive Swiss law, excluding CISG and conflict-of-law rules.
These Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Zürich, Switzerland.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, operational, technical, or product changes. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. By continuing to use the Platform after the updated terms take effect, you agree to the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
